For those of you who haven’t attended the first classes take a look at the discussion tab on the wiki its important that you have a good understanding of the business concept.

At the Dunedin Airport what I liked the most was that their idea of the worm farm, its amazing to see how waste can go into a cycle to come out helping the enviroment.
I did think that they would of been recycling alot more not just cardboard but as he said it cost more to gather it up, and it is difficult to get everyine to recylce with alot of shops and cafes in the airport.
I found out through the discussion that Dunedin Airport owns the dairy farms situated around the the airport and also not just because emergancy landing but there is also cows on them which brings in income.
Didn’t know some of this Stephanie. A worm farm at an airport – seems strange? Do you think the airport authority could impose a blanket ruling to all businesses operating at the airport that they must operate sustainably.
